It is a bit pricey, but maybe this is the one. The only other option seems to be Rock N roll in San Fran and that will be a mad house and I'm not that into Bling. Thanks for the scoop!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8576247921509925121.post-2588307885280224282013-04-26T19:40:09.648-07:002013-04-26T19:40:09.648-07:00Thanks! :) Believe me, it was the *last* thing I ...Thanks! :) Believe me, it was the *last* thing I wanted to do...Angela Knottshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01596658700954456205noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8576247921509925121.post-35182773930175953632013-04-26T19:38:01.822-07:002013-04-26T19:38:01.822-07:00Good job!

(The only really bad one I've had was after a day of wine tasting & not much food / water. That was shall we say less than awesome.)Angela Knottshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01596658700954456205noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8576247921509925121.post-51392502127673030482013-04-25T22:03:37.749-07:002013-04-25T22:03:37.749-07:00Lol...I'm pretty sure there are races in Napa ...Lol...I'm pretty sure there are races in Napa with wine stations! This is the first time I've tried race pace miles towards the end -- I think being in a race environment definitely helped. When I'm just running around SF with pedestrians & traffic lights, it's hard to get motivated.Angela Knottshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01596658700954456205noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8576247921509925121.post-66262890080341175892013-04-25T17:33:30.497-07:002013-04-25T17:33:30.497-07:00I'm running MCM too!I'm running MCM too! It seems like such a simple idea -- simulate running on tired legs, DUH -- but I think I was already giving myself too many kudos for completing said long run to worry about pacing.

I have the same issue with the Oiselle pockets, except that I put 2 Gu's in my front pocket for the Oakland Half. You can imagine how some of those photos turned out!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8576247921509925121.post-23169812898617395182013-04-25T15:52:24.972-07:002013-04-25T15:52:24.972-07:00Sounds like a lot of fun! I have never run 20 miles, but now that I'm signed up for my first marathon (Marine Corps), I read these stories about training runs with a new interest. I'm freaking TERRIFIED, and your story is so so reassuring... you felt human?!?! Maybe I could feel human too?!?!Brennanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15674451017163062773noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8576247921509925121.post-72548328485648782542013-04-25T14:17:38.556-07:002013-04-25T14:17:38.556-07:00Kudos to you for tacking on the extra miles plus t...Kudos to you for tacking on the extra miles plus the race. I am far too lazy for that. I would looooove to run in Napa, but only if wine was provided at the water stops too. JK. Napa really was beautiful, I would be down to run a half marathon there. I liked the simplicity of the medal too. It looked fitting for the race. Great job!Tasha Malcolmhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16235287569641564538noreply@blogger.com
